Not wanting to depend on her friends to go to the gym to train with her and dealing with her chronic knee pain, Paulina wanted to invest in herself to learn how to lift weights for fat loss and gain more strength and confidence in herself.

Close to 3 months transformation for my hybrid (online/in-person) client @paupaurina and can I tell you, I am beyond honored to be a part of all of it.
