Each week is built to help you stay consistent, feel strong, and move with intention.

Each week includes:

  • 3 strength-based sessions focused on full-body training

  • Accessory work to support balance, stability, and strength

  • Core and mobility woven into your sessions

  • Optional conditioning when your body has the capacity for more

  • Progress tracked directly in the app so you can see your growth over time

Workouts are designed to fit into your life—typically 45-60 minutes.

Build a Body That Can Hold Your Life

Hi, I’m Jaclyn, the Founder of Sparkle By Choice Fitness and I train capacity, not performance. My work sits at the intersection of strength training, nervous system care, and lived experience. I help women build bodies that feel safe to inhabit, strong enough to hold pressure, and resilient enough to meet the ALIVENESS of life.

I’ve spent over a decade working with bodies in moments of change, stress, and rebuilding. I’m a trauma-informed yoga teacher, a strength coach, and a single mother, which means I understand both the science of training and the reality of carrying a lot. I care deeply about integrity, presence, and doing this work in a way that honors the human behind the goal. I’m not here to fix you because there’s truly nothing to “fix”. I’m here to help you build the capacity to lead your life in an empowering way!

I don’t believe in pushing people past themselves. That’s force. We don’t do force here.

I believe in teaching the body how to stay present under load, in workouts and beyond them. The work I do is steady, honest, and human. It’s about building strength you can TRUST, not just results you can show.

When you invest in Team Training, you’re not buying workouts — you’re entering a structured, intelligent process designed to build strength, optimize your metabolism, and expand your capacity. If you show up and follow your customized program, implement your macro and metabolic guidance, and communicate openly during your first 30 days, measurable progress follows. You can expect improvements in strength, body composition trends, energy, movement quality, and overall confidence in your body. This is not hype. If within your first 30 days of active participation you feel the experience has not met your expectations, you may submit a written request for a full refund. To qualify, all scheduled sessions must be attended or rescheduled within policy, program guidance must be followed in good faith, nutrition targets must be implemented with reasonable consistency, and required check-ins or tracking must be completed. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of purchase. If these conditions are met, your investment will be returned in full.
